Subscriber Ticket Exchanges
Subscribers may exchange tickets without additional fees. Ticket exchanges may be made up to 24 hours prior to the performance in person, by fax or by mail. The value of the tickets may be applied to another UApresents performance within the same season only. Exchanges may not be transferred into the next season. Box office passes and lost or misplaced tickets will not be exchanged.
Individual Ticket Buyer Exchanges
Individual ticket buyers may exchange tickets for a $7 fee at the window, by fax or mail. Tickets exchanged by phone are subject to the $7 exchange fee plus the $10 phone ordering fee. Ticket exchanges can be made up to 24 hours prior to performance. The value of the tickets may be applied to another UApresents performance within the current season only. Exchanges may not be transferred into consecutive seasons. Box office passes, lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged.
Unused Tickets
Tickets that are returned the day of performance or after the performance ends are not eligible for exchanges or donation.
Lost or Misplaced Tickets
Can't find your tickets? Please call our Box Office at (520) 621-3341 to request a box office pass for the same seats you purchased. Box Office passes are not mailed out and are only redeemable on the day of performance. In the event of a double seating situation, priority will always be given to the holder of the Box Office pass. Picture ID is required when picking up a Box Office pass, and will only be released to the person who purchased the ticket(s) according to our files.
Will Call/Ticket Pick Up
All ticket orders processed less than 7 days prior to the performance will be held in will-call, at the Box Office. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the published start time of the performance. Picture ID is required and tickets will only be released to the person who ordered the tickets, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Box Office Manager.
Latecomers
UApresents reserves the right to hold late seating based on the artist's preference, or until it is determined that late seating will be the least disruptive to the artists and our audiences.
Children and Families
All patrons must have a ticket for entry. A "Babe-in-Arms" voucher may be requested at point of entry for infants under 2 years of age. Our box office staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding child-appropriate performances. Booster seats are available at the guest services table in the lobby. A "child" is defined as a person under 18 years of age. Patrons with "child" tickets may be asked for proof of age.
Senior and Military Discounts
UApresents is pleased to offer special savings* on tickets to most performances for patrons 65+ years of age and to active military personnel. *Restrictions apply. Savings apply to sections "B" and "C" only. Different pricing policies apply to non-UApresents events. Identification and/or proof of age required.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs, artists, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Refunds are given only in the case of event cancellation or date change. Handling fees are not refundable.

Please contact our Group Services Coordinator at (520) 621-8825 for additional information. Group sales begin May 16, 2011. Regular hours are Monday through Friday 10am-6pm. A $10 per order fee applies.*

A $12 handling charge applies to each subscription order.
Order Fees: Phone: $10/Order, Groups:$10/Order, Web: No Fee, Window: No Fee. To help cover operating costs, a non-refundable $4 per ticket fee applies to all ticket purchases (waived for Student/UA Faculty/UA Staff tickets). Additional fees may apply to non-UApresents events.
Exchange Fee: $7/Order (waived for Subscribers). Phone fee applies.
UA Students may charge tickets to their Bursar's Account when ordering by phone or in person at Centennial Hall (standard phone order fee applies).

Charitable Tickets
We are proud to donate a limited quantity of tickets to charitable organizations. Requests for tickets are granted at the discretion of UApresents. In order to ensure that we have the proper information to evaluate and process your request, please follow these guidelines:
• Submit a request (hard copy, fax or electronic) on your organization's official letterhead;
• Requests must be submitted 30 days prior to a print deadline, rsvp or event date;
• A copy of your group's 501(c)(3) determination letter is preferred;
• If granted a donation of tickets, please know that the ticket voucher is valid only for UApresents performances during the current performance season;
• We ask that only one request per group be submitted in a calendar year.

Parking
Tyndall Avenue Garage is the most convenient parking to Centennial Hall. A Parking Pass for the Tyndall Avenue Garage may be purchased from our box office prior to performances. Parking Passes are $4 per event. Parking on Saturdays and Sundays is free of charge, however exceptions may apply. Please Note: All other UA garages will follow regular entry/exit procedures. Detailed directions and parking information are on the back of each ticket and also on our website at uapresents.org.

Wheelchair and companion seating is available for all performances in all price ranges. Limited wheelchair-accessible parking is located in the lot just east of UA Centennial Hall. Additional wheelchair-accessible parking is located in the Tyndall Avenue Garage. UApresents provides free, convenient shuttles to transport patrons between the garage and Centennial Hall. Assisted Listening - Centennial Hall is equipped with the Beyer Assisted Listening System, an infrared, high-clarity audio amplification system. Free headsets are available in the Audience Services area on a first-come, first-served basis.
Large print playbills are available at all performances. Braille playbills are also available, but must be requested from the House Manager at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Audience Services
The Centennial Hall Audience Services courtesy desk is located in the east end of the lobby between portals 3 and 4. In addition to amplification devices and large print programs, earplugs and booster seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Local phone calls may be made from a phone located at the desk. Emergency phone calls can be relayed to Centennial Hall by the UA Police Department at (520) 621-8273. Patrons expecting to be called should give seat locations to the House Manager.
Refreshments may be purchased in the lobby before each performance and at intermission. No outside food or beverages, please.
